If your payment was debited but the order confirmation did not generate, banks usually auto-refund within 2-4 business days. If you need assistance, please share the transaction reference with our support team.

Due to strict cosmetic hygiene and consumer safety standards, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned. We accept returns of unopened items in original tamper-sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at lunsindia@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and outer box. We will send an immediate free replacement.

Once approved and verified, refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are credited directly to your bank account via NEFT/UPI.

You can request order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing or messaging us, provided the order has not yet been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
